NEW LICENSE APPLICATION
Requirements for Student Permit
- PSA Birth Certificate or Passport
- Valid Government ID (or School ID with signature/birthdate)
- TDC Certificate
- Medical Certificate & Drug Test Result
Requirements for Non Prof
- Student Permit: Original and valid student permit.
- Medical Certificate: From an LTO-accredited clinic, electronically transmitted to LTO
- PDC Certificate: Original Practical Driving Course completion certificate.
- Tests: Pass the written (Automated Theoretical Exam) and practical driving tests.
Requirements for Professional Driver License
- Hold a valid NPDL: Must have held your Non-Professional Driver's License for a certain period (e.g., 1 year for heavy vehicles, 6 months for light).
- Professional Driving Course (PDC): Certificate from an LTO-accredited school.
- Medical Certificate: From an LTO-accredited clinic.
